Sourcing Specialist I (Fieldglass/Professional Services)
Our client is seeking a Contingent Labor Sourcing Specialist is responsible for facilitating the selection hiring onboarding and invoicing process of contractors with our Vendor Management System VMS-Fieldglass. Provide cost effective and process efficient procurement and supplier management expertise bringing an end-to-end centralized Contract Labor Program. This position requires a strong ability to multi-task and be proactive in maintaining a broad scope of operational activities while being detailed oriented. The Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new suppliers and lead MSA/SOW negotiations and advise the business on content. The Specialist will be responsible for special projects. <br> MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Review approve and release job postings to approved suppliers within Fieldglass - Confirm assignment logistics between internal business and supplier regarding the contractor's assignment information i.e. start and end date location rates hours etc. - Review the onboarding items are completed within VMS including ensuring that all compliance requirements have been met background checks and drugs - Coordinate with internal team to resolve internal stakeholders' questions - Act as a liaison between client recruiters and candidates/consultants - Responsible for monitoring existing contract expiration and initiating contract renewals FTE conversions and terminations - Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures as well as all relevant negotiated terms country laws and regulations are being managed within VMS - Ability to lead and manage project-based work such as rate card development and implementation program process improvement vendor scorecard development and implementation supplier rationalization report on program health - Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - 3 years of detail oriented work experience which includes at least some combination of experience in the following: contingent staffing understanding of the IT job market and procurement Must be a proactive self-starter able to drive to objectives - Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook Word Excel - Experience working within VMS systems preferably Fieldglass - Experience with contract management in the detail oriented services/consulting space - Experience and knowledge of contingent workforce processes - Demonstrated attention to detail through project management related work - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to function effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Flexible and able to balance competing priorities - Be adaptable and able to make decisions in an ambiguous environment <br> DESIRED SKILLS - Strong customer service skills and focus - Work well in a team driven environment as well as with cross-functional teams - Effectively execute assigned daily tasks manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality accuracy and confidentiality
