We are looking for a dedicated Deployment Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. This position focuses on the setup, configuration, and maintenance of mobile devices, with an emphasis on Android tablets. The ideal candidate will enjoy hands-on work, collaborating with others, and adapting to flexible schedules, including early mornings or late evenings.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Configure and support mobile devices, specifically Android tablets, ensuring optimal performance.<br>• Follow detailed setup procedures and efficiently complete repetitive tasks with precision.<br>• Collaborate with team members while also working independently to meet project goals.<br>• Provide assistance during early morning or late evening equipment deployments.<br>• Travel locally for deployments and related tasks, ensuring reliable transportation.<br>• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during indoor and occasional outdoor assignments.<br>• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on mobile devices and related equipment.<br>• Utilize expertise with associated hardware, computer systems, and cable installations in daily operations.<br>• Operate effectively in environments with potential exposure to noise, mechanical vibrations, and varying weather conditions.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related technical support role.<br>• Proficiency in Android OS setup and troubleshooting.<br>• Familiarity with computer hardware, associated devices, and cable installation processes.<br>• Knowledge of Dell Technologies and Apple devices.<br>• Ability to work in indoor environments with occasional outdoor tasks.<br>• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.<br>• Reliable transportation for local travel requirements.<br>• Capability to follow safety procedures and work in varying physical conditions.
