Test Center Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Test Center Administrator to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a contract position that requires flexibility in scheduling, including occasional evening and weekend hours. The role involves ensuring a secure and detail-oriented testing environment while delivering exceptional service to candidates.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome candidates to the test center and verify their identification before exams.<br>• Conduct thorough security checks, including the use of security wands, to maintain a secure testing environment.<br>• Monitor candidates consistently throughout their exams to ensure compliance with policies.<br>• Address and resolve candidate concerns promptly and effectively.<br>• Safeguard testing materials and ensure all procedures align with company standards.<br>• Provide a fair and comfortable testing experience for all candidates.<br>• Document and report any incidents that fall outside company guidelines.<br>• Represent the organization's values and uphold high standards in all interactions.<br>• Manage fingerprint scanning and digital recording processes when applicable.<br>• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and equipment in the test center.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college experience is preferred.<br>• At least one year of in-person customer service experience, such as in retail, hospitality, or a call center, is necessary.<br>• Proficiency in Windows-based programs, including Office applications and web browsers, is essential.<br>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with candidates and colleagues.<br>• Ability to multitask and handle small tools, including packing and unpacking equipment.<br>• Physical capability to bend, stoop, lift up to 40 pounds, and move around the test room regularly.<br>• Visual acuity to monitor computer screens and observe testing rooms using camera systems.<br>• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings, as required.
