HR Generalist
<p>We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations. This position requires a strong background in the healthcare industry and HR practices, as well as the ability to work independently and stay organized.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork submission, orientation sessions, and initial training.</p><p>• Administer employee benefits, including enrollment in health insurance and retirement plans, while providing guidance on available options.</p><p>• Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate adjustments and timely processing of payroll-related documentation.</p><p>• Maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.</p><p>• Conduct exit interviews and manage separation documentation, including COBRA paperwork and related processes.</p><p>• Verify provider licensures and certifications, ensuring compliance through regular monitoring and documentation updates.</p><p>• Respond to requests for employment and salary verifications from external agencies in a timely manner.</p><p>• Prepare annual insurance census reports and submissions required for compliance with regulatory agencies.</p><p>• Support recruitment efforts by managing full-cycle hiring processes and assisting with policy development.</p><p>• Contribute to the maintenance and communication of the employee handbook and organizational policies.</p>
• Proven experience in human resources administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with excellent organizational skills.<br>• Solid understanding of onboarding processes and benefits administration.<br>• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and employee record management.<br>• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to licensure and certifications.<br>• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
