Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth and long-term collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring organizational expertise and exceptional communication skills to support daily operations efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.<br>• Manage and respond to inbound calls in a courteous manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.<br>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.<br>• Coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings and maintaining supplies.<br>• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming reception experience.<br>• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.<br>• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.<br>• Collaborate with various teams to support projects and administrative functions.<br>• Monitor and prioritize incoming requests to ensure timely resolution.<br>• Support the office environment by troubleshooting minor administrative issues and recommending improvements.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating organizational and multitasking abilities.<br>• Strong proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office management software.<br>• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inbound calls.<br>• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate meetings effectively.<br>• Customer service skills to provide a positive reception experience.<br>• High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents and managing records.<br>• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures.<br>• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
