Director of Marketing/Communications
We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing/Communications to lead strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and enhance brand presence. In this role, you will oversee marketing strategies, corporate communications, and HR-related functions to ensure alignment with company goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape business outcomes and foster a positive workplace culture.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and expand market share.<br>• Lead digital marketing efforts, focusing on content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.<br>• Manage corporate communications and public relations to effectively convey the organization's mission and values.<br>• Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide strategic decision-making.<br>• Oversee HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and succession planning.<br>• Ensure compliance with labor regulations while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment.<br>• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to support organizational values.<br>• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between marketing, HR, and business objectives.<br>• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and HR strategies.<br>• Provide leadership and mentorship to teams, fostering growth and innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.<br>• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, HR, and finance.<br>• Proven expertise in digital marketing, including B2B strategies and brand development.<br>• Strong understanding of organizational development and financial modeling.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.<br>• Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making.<br>• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.<br>• Commitment to fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
