<ul><li>2–4+ years of HR experience (or similar people-focused work).</li><li>Amazing communication skills and a knack for making others feel supported.</li><li>A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.</li><li>Strong organizational skills — you love details!</li><li>Comfort with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).</li><li>Experience with HRIS or ATS systems?
