Human Resources (HR) Assistant
<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented <strong>HR Assistant</strong> to join their team on a part-time basis. This opportunity comes with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments. As an HR Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Human Resources team while ensuring smooth payroll processing, onboarding, and employee relations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Payroll Preparation:</strong> Assist in preparing payroll by reviewing employee timecards for accuracy and completeness.</li><li><strong>Onboarding:</strong> Support the onboarding process for contract employees, including assisting with documentation and coordinating onboarding activities.</li><li><strong>Employee Relations:</strong> Provide general administrative support with employee relations as needed.</li><li><strong>Benefits Administration:</strong> Help employees with benefit enrollment and make updates in the system where necessary.</li><li><strong>HR Support:</strong> Assist with various HR functions as needed to ensure seamless operations.</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule and Hours:</strong></p><p>This is a <strong>part-time</strong> position with <strong>flexible hours</strong> to suit your schedule.</p><p><br></p><p>For immediate consideration contact Brenda Rodriguez</p>
<p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with HR software is highly desirable.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.</li></ul>
