<p>We are looking for an experienced Network Infrastructure Lead to oversee and optimize our network infrastructure in Marana, Arizona. This role will involve managing network systems to ensure high performance, reliability, and security while collaborating with stakeholders to address technical challenges effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently on complex network issues.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the management and maintenance of wired and wireless network environments to ensure optimal performance.</p><p>• Configure, install, and support Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls to maintain a secure and efficient network.</p><p>• Administer Linux servers and manage systems like Active Directory, Office 365, and Teams.</p><p>• Manage VoIP systems, including Unity Call Manager, to ensure seamless communication operations.</p><p>• Deploy and maintain wireless network solutions, particularly using Meraki and Ruckus technologies.</p><p>• Implement and monitor failover systems and business continuity plans to minimize downtime.</p><p>• Collaborate with teams to utilize monitoring tools for network performance and security.</p><p>• Develop and update incident response strategies to address network disruptions effectively.</p><p>• Conduct research on emerging technologies and potential security risks to enhance network infrastructure.</p><p>• Document IT procedures and identify opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency.</p>

• At least 8 years of networking experience, with 3 years working extensively with Cisco systems.<br>• Proven expertise in configuring and managing switches, routers, firewalls, VoIP systems, and call management.<br>• Strong experience as a Windows and Linux server administrator, with 5 years preferred.<br>• Familiarity with Red Hat, Oracle databases, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.<br>• Cybersecurity knowledge or certifications are advantageous.<br>• Minimum of 4 years of IT supervisory experience.<br>• Exceptional troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective under pressure during critical incidents.
