Desktop Support Analyst
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Manawa, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless hardware and software operations for end users. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills to support a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide troubleshooting and support for Microsoft applications, ensuring smooth functionality for end users.<br>• Configure and maintain PC hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers, to meet organizational needs.<br>• Set up and deploy equipment for new employees, ensuring proper installation and configuration.<br>• Perform imaging tasks to prepare systems for deployment and maintain operational standards.<br>• Manage inventory by tagging and tracking assets to ensure accurate records and accountability.<br>• Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to address and resolve technical issues efficiently.<br>• Support and maintain a fleet of approximately 80 iPads, ensuring optimal performance.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service to end users, addressing technical concerns with patience and professionalism.<br>• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and resolve high-demand technical challenges.<br>• Ensure consistent and accurate documentation of technical processes and resolutions.
• At least 3 years of experience in desktop support or a related technical role.<br>• Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft applications and operating systems, including Windows 10.<br>• Solid understanding of PC hardware configuration, imaging, and maintenance.<br>• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.<br>• Ability to manage inventory processes, including asset tagging and record-keeping.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.<br>• Experience supporting a variety of hardware devices, such as desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets.<br>• High level of patience and attention to detail to thrive in a demanding environment.
