The Dispatcher will play a critical role in coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring efficient operations across our organization. Your will Monday and Friday onsite.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Receive and respond to requests for service via phone, email, or internal systems</li><li>Filing and processing orders.</li><li>Communicate with field staff and clients to ensure timely and accurate service delivery</li><li>Maintain detailed logs of calls, customer information, and dispatch activities</li><li>Resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters as needed</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>

<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Prior experience working in a team environment.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work setting.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service is preferred</li></ul><p><br></p>
