<p>We’re seeking a <strong>Microsoft 365 & Generative AI Solutions Engineer</strong> with expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform. This role will play a key part in driving productivity through generative AI solutions, supporting enterprise M365 environments, and helping shape governance and compliance frameworks that enable citizen development at scale.</p><p>If you are passionate about leveraging AI to transform the modern workplace while bringing deep technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, this opportunity is for you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement <strong>Generative AI solutions</strong> with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to enhance productivity.</li><li>Configure, administer, and support key <strong>M365 components</strong>, including:</li><li>Teams</li><li>SharePoint</li><li>Purview</li><li>Exchange</li><li>Viva Suite</li><li>Power Platform</li><li>Lead rollout and enablement of <strong>Power Platform capabilities</strong>, driving adoption across the business.</li><li>Define and maintain <strong>governance and compliance frameworks</strong> to support secure, scalable growth of citizen development.</li><li>Develop and automate solutions with <strong>PowerShell scripting</strong> and <strong>Microsoft Graph API</strong>.</li><li>Support business intelligence needs with <strong>Power BI report development</strong>.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users, providing enablement, training, and technical expertise.</li><li>Participate in a <strong>rotating support schedule</strong>, including nights and weekends every few weeks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on expertise with <strong>Microsoft Copilot</strong> and <strong>Copilot Studio</strong>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Microsoft 365 ecosystem</strong> (Teams, SharePoint, Purview, Exchange, Viva Suite).</li><li>Proven experience with <strong>Power Platform rollout, governance, and adoption support</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>PowerShell scripting</strong> and working with <strong>Microsoft Graph API</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Power BI development</strong> (reporting and dashboarding).</li><li>Exposure to <strong>Slack, Confluence, and Miro</strong> environments.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.</li><li>Willingness to participate in rotating <strong>after-hours support</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Prior success in <strong>enterprise-scale M365 environments</strong>.</li><li>Experience leading <strong>governance initiatives</strong> for Power Platform and M365.</li><li>Background in <strong>end-user enablement and citizen developer support</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p>
