<p>We are looking for a 2nd Shift Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support to ensure seamless operations, including device deployment, troubleshooting, and assisting with new clinic setups. This position requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an onsite role in Dane County, WI and travelling to different locations in a 20 mile radius. The hours are Monday through Friday 12:30 pm CST - 8:00 pm or 9:00 pm CST - depending on how long you want for your dinner break. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Deploy and configure PCs, monitors, printers, and other hardware, ensuring proper setup and connectivity.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.</p><p>• Support cable management practices to maintain organized and efficient workspaces.</p><p>• Respond to help desk tickets promptly, providing on-site assistance to end users.</p><p>• Perform software installations and updates as required.</p><p>• Decommission outdated equipment and ensure proper disposal or storage.</p><p>• Maintain clear and accurate documentation within ticketing systems.</p><p>• Assist with asset management, ensuring accurate tracking and inventory.</p><p>• Deliver excellent customer service with a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor.</p><p>• Stay active and engaged in a physically demanding role involving walking, lifting, and carrying equipment.</p>

• Proven experience with Office 365, Windows OS, and Microsoft tools in medium to large-scale environments.<br>• Proficiency in using ticketing systems and maintaining detailed documentation.<br>• Familiarity with active directory and workstation support.<br>• Knowledge of desktop imaging and hardware troubleshooting.<br>• Strong understanding of asset management processes.<br>• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide friendly, detail-oriented support.<br>• Physical ability to handle equipment and perform tasks requiring mobility.<br>• At least 1 year of relevant experience in desktop support or a similar role.
