Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support through inbound and outbound calls. As part of a non-profit organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships. This is a long-term contract position offering stability and growth opportunities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.<br>• Accurately process orders and ensure all necessary details are entered into the system.<br>• Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.<br>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.<br>• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.<br>• Follow organizational policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.<br>• Assist with general administrative tasks related to customer service operations.<br>• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.<br>• Provide information and support about organizational services and offerings.
• Previous experience in call center or customer service roles is essential.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.<br>• Proficiency in order entry and managing customer data within systems.<br>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document customer interactions.<br>• Familiarity with customer service best practices and procedures.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
