Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless operation of our property management and maintenance departments by performing a variety of essential administrative and clerical tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality support, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the smooth functioning of office operations.<br>• Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval.<br>• Greet visitors, handle incoming packages, and ensure a welcoming office environment.<br>• Draft, edit, and finalize detailed correspondence, reports, and other documentation.<br>• Input, update, and manage data in spreadsheets and databases with accuracy.<br>• Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, room setup, and catering arrangements.<br>• Utilize word processing and presentation software to create, edit, and enhance documents.<br>• Oversee the operation and maintenance of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.<br>• Conduct research and compile information to support reports or presentations.<br>• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
