Property Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join our team in Madera, California. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the dynamic real estate property management industry, focusing on both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in property management and leasing, along with familiarity in using Yardi software.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties to ensure smooth management and tenant satisfaction.<br>• Coordinate leasing processes, including tenant inquiries, property showings, and lease agreements.<br>• Maintain accurate property records, including financial transactions and tenant information, using Yardi software.<br>• Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly to foster positive relationships.<br>• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of repairs and property upkeep.<br>• Monitor compliance with property regulations, lease terms, and local laws.<br>• Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports for property performance evaluation.<br>• Support marketing efforts to promote available properties and attract potential tenants.<br>• Conduct property inspections to identify and address any concerns or improvements needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in leasing processes for both residential and commercial properties.<br>• Strong knowledge of Yardi software or similar property management systems.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage tenant relationships effectively.<br>• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports related to property performance.<br>• Familiarity with local property regulations and compliance requirements.<br>• Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate records and documentation.<br>• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
