We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team in Lubbock, Texas. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of advanced software solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure applications. This position is ideal for someone passionate about innovation and collaboration in a dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and maintain applications using C#, React.js, TypeScript, and other modern frameworks.<br>• Collaborate with UX and Product teams to design user-friendly interfaces and seamless experiences.<br>• Implement cloud-based solutions utilizing Azure services and ensure adherence to DevOps best practices.<br>• Create and execute automated testing strategies using tools like Playwright.<br>• Ensure software designs meet scalability, security, and accessibility standards.<br>• Engage with stakeholders to understand and address their requirements effectively.<br>• Lead technical discussions and provide mentorship to team members.<br>• Analyze complex problems and design innovative solutions.<br>• Maintain code repositories using GitHub and manage continuous integration and deployment processes.<br>• Advocate for best practices in software development and contribute to process improvements.

• At least 7 years of experience in software development.<br>• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and frameworks like .NET and React.js.<br>• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and services, particularly Microsoft Azure.<br>• Experience with database management using Microsoft SQL and Azure SQL.<br>• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including Azure DevOps and GitHub.<br>• Skilled in test automation methodologies and tools like Playwright.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working in cross-functional teams.<br>• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on leadership and innovation.
