We are looking for a skilled Production Systems Technician to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing advanced production printing equipment while supporting customer needs across the region. This is a great opportunity to enhance your technical expertise and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on production printing equipment, including hardware installation and troubleshooting connectivity issues.<br>• Utilize specialized tools and gauges to accurately diagnose and resolve technical problems in machinery.<br>• Travel to customer locations within the designated territory, manage inventory supplies, and communicate service schedules effectively.<br>• Build strong customer relationships by maintaining professionalism and ensuring satisfaction with service delivery.<br>• Continuously develop technical skills and troubleshooting abilities to improve efficiency and productivity.<br>• Record service visits and update documentation for each client account to ensure accurate tracking of work performed.<br>• Collaborate with account management teams and fellow technicians to address customer concerns and expand product usage.<br>• Respond to after-hours service calls as needed, providing timely assistance to customers.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in servicing or repairing office equipment, with a preference for experience in production printers.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.<br>• Reliable transportation for daily travel to customer sites within the assigned territory.<br>• Familiarity with IT networks or possession of A+ / N+ certifications is advantageous.<br>• Proficiency in working with various hardware and printer technologies, including multifunction, thermal, label, and network printers.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field-based role.
