Loan Administrator
We are looking for a skilled Loan Administrator to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing loan processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting community development initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects within the banking industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the administration of loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.<br>• Conduct thorough underwriting assessments to evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility.<br>• Manage tasks related to Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), supporting community-focused financial initiatives.<br>• Process loan payoffs efficiently while maintaining detailed records.<br>• Collaborate with teams to enhance banking operations and services.<br>• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in all loan-related activities.<br>• Provide exceptional service to stakeholders by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.<br>• Maintain organized documentation and reporting related to loan administration.<br>• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the loan administration and underwriting workflows.<br>• Support the implementation of best practices across banking operations.
• Proven experience in loan underwriting and administration.<br>• Familiarity with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) processes and guidelines.<br>• Strong understanding of banking industry operations and services.<br>• Ability to efficiently manage loan payoffs and related documentation.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in loan processing.<br>• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.<br>• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
