Customer Service Representative
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This contract role is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt, provide excellent service, and support customers during peak periods or special projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Assist customers with account updates, order processing, returns, and troubleshooting issues.</li><li>Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain confidentiality of customer data.</li><li>Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.</li><li>Provide proactive communication to customers regarding order status, delays, or service updates.</li><li>Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to management for process improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR) to ensure customer needs are met.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information.</li><li>Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.</li><li>Previous customer service experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to learn quickly and work independently.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.</li></ul>
