We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will oversee critical financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while contributing to the organization’s overall financial health. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate across departments and play a key role in financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and actively foster a culture of workplace safety. • Prepare and review journal entries, supporting the development of accurate financial statements during month-end close. • Conduct thorough analysis and reconciliation of bank transactions across all accounts. • Compile and present departmental reports, account reconciliations, and financial statements for various stakeholders. • Lead the collection and organization of data required for internal and external audits. • Update and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to aid in interpreting operating results. • Evaluate project-related costs and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure budgetary alignment and precision. • Partner with Project Managers regularly to review project statuses and address any discrepancies. • Provide cross-departmental support to ensure seamless workflow and coverage during peak times. • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles. • Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Strong knowledge of preparing and auditing financial statements. • Expertise in account reconciliation and journal entry preparation. • Familiarity with construction accounting principles and practices. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings effectively. • Advanced skills in spreadsheet and financial reporting tools. • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
