The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling denials, appeals, and working with various insurance payers, including HMO, PPO, Medicare, and Medi-Cal. <ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in denials management and medical collections required.</li><li>Experience working with HMO, PPO, Medicare, and Medi-Cal insurance plans.</li><li>Strong understanding of claims, billing, and appeals processes.</li><li>Proficiency in medical billing software and systems.</li><li>RN, LVN, or medical coding certification is a plus.</li></ul>
