<p><strong>****PST OR CT TIMES ONLY****</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Robert Half is currently seeking a IT Deployment and Migration Engineer for a remote 90-day project where you will play a key role in managing a large-scale initiative involving endpoint security, VPN configuration, and a Microsoft 365 migration. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering white-glove, client-facing support. Candidates located in or near Los Angeles or New York are preferred, with working hours aligned to PST or CT time zones.</p>

<p>Position: IT Support Engineer </p><p>Pay Rate: $38-40/hr. </p><p>Duration: 3 months</p><p>Location: 100% REMOTE (PST or CT time zones)</p><p>Hours: 8AM-5PM; M-F; 40hrs wk</p><p><strong>Day to Day Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>3 to 5 years of IT support or engineering experience, combining help desk and infrastructure/security responsibilities.</li><li>Environment: Mac (60%) and Windows (40%).</li></ul><p>Technical Skills</p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki MX/MS/MR network devices.</li><li>Strong knowledge of endpoint security tools such as SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, or equivalent solutions.</li><li>Proficiency with RMM platforms such as N-Central or ConnectWise, and remote support tools like Bomgar.</li><li>Advanced understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, including license migrations and MFA configuration/support.</li></ul><p>Communication &  Problem Solving</p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide non-technical users through remote troubleshooting or setup.</li><li>Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and escalate critical issues as necessary.</li></ul><p><br></p>
