Family Services Associate - HeadStart
We are looking for a dedicated Family Services Associate to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Executive Office and various departments. This is a long-term contract position within the non-profit sector, offering an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to community-focused initiatives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for leadership staff.<br>• Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and other essential documentation.<br>• Organize logistics for board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes.<br>• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both digital and physical, while safeguarding sensitive information.<br>• Assist with planning and executing events and departmental projects as required.<br>• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense reimbursements efficiently.<br>• Foster effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders.<br>• Handle office-related tasks such as ordering supplies, tracking invoices, and managing general communications.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and other financial services systems.<br>• Experience with HRMS platforms and auditing processes.<br>• Strong understanding of benefit functions and related compliance protocols.<br>• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.<br>• Familiarity with ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and Ceridian systems.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.<br>• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
