We are looking for a skilled Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this long-term contract position, you will take on a variety of legal responsibilities, including handling civil litigation and performing detailed legal research. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cases and contribute to high-quality legal outcomes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage civil litigation cases, ensuring thorough preparation and strong representation.<br>• Draft and file motions and briefs in accordance with legal standards and case requirements.<br>• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and arguments.<br>• Oversee the discovery process, including gathering evidence and drafting responses.<br>• Prepare and present law and motion documents with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop effective litigation strategies.<br>• Review and analyze legal documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.<br>• Provide expert legal advice and recommendations to clients and team members.<br>• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to enhance case management.<br>• Handle additional legal tasks as needed to support the team and ensure case success.

• Must hold a valid attorney license and be in good standing.<br>• Proven experience in civil litigation, including managing cases from start to finish.<br>• Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.<br>• Expertise in conducting legal research and applying findings to case strategies.<br>• Familiarity with the discovery process and related legal procedures.<br>• Solid understanding of law and motion practices.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.<br>• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
