We are looking for an experienced Attorney to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity for legal professionals to develop expertise in areas such as lemon law and consumer warranty, while contributing to impactful litigation processes. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in civil litigation and case management to support the firm's objectives.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct depositions with a focus on consumer warranty and lemon law cases.<br>• Handle civil litigation matters from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with legal standards.<br>• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, briefs, and motions.<br>• Represent clients in court appearances, advocating effectively to achieve favorable outcomes.<br>• Manage claims administration and document preparation using case management software.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic approaches for complex legal issues.<br>• Review and analyze consumer electronics cases, providing actionable insights.<br>• Ensure proper handling of client complaints and maintain thorough documentation.<br>• Utilize tools like Adobe Acrobat and document management systems for efficient workflow.

• Proven experience in civil litigation and legal case management.<br>• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and other document management tools.<br>• Familiarity with consumer warranty and lemon law processes.<br>• Strong ability to conduct depositions and prepare legal briefs.<br>• Skilled in handling claims administration and complaint resolution.<br>• Effective communication and courtroom advocacy skills.<br>• Experience with case management software and related legal technologies.<br>• Knowledge of consumer electronics cases is a plus.
