Architecture/Interior Designer
We are looking for a skilled Architecture/Interior Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects requiring precision and creativity in architectural and interior design. If you have a strong background in AutoCAD and Revit, along with a passion for innovative design solutions, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Create detailed architectural and interior designs using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and functionality in all plans.<br>• Utilize Revit software to develop and export 3D models and layers for project visualization.<br>• Collaborate with project teams to deliver creative and practical design solutions that meet client requirements.<br>• Apply industry best practices to produce high-quality designs in alignment with construction standards.<br>• Contribute to project documentation and technical drawings to support seamless execution.<br>• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project scope and deliver on design objectives.<br>• Maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the design process.<br>• Stay updated on advancements in architectural software and tools to enhance design efficiency.<br>• Assist in integrating Civil3D software into design workflows when necessary.<br>• Provide support for application architecture and construction-related tasks as required.
• At least 5 years of experience working with AutoCAD, with expertise in resolving text overlaps and ensuring precision.<br>• Familiarity with Revit software for creating and exporting 3D models and layers.<br>• Knowledge of Civil3D software is preferred but not mandatory.<br>• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.<br>• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and communicate design ideas clearly.<br>• Proficiency in additional tools such as Snowflake, IAM, and API development is a plus.<br>• Experience with Amazon EC2 and application architecture is advantageous.<br>• Commitment to delivering high-quality work within project timelines.
