This role will spearhead a greenfield initiative—starting from scratch—and guide the project through a 6–9-month development lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders, a dedicated developer, an additional PM, and third-party technology partners to bring this system to life.</p>

<p><strong><em><u>What You’ll Do</u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of a custom platform build from concept through launch </li><li>Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external tech partners to align on system design and functionality </li><li>Drive discussions around system workflows, user experience, and business requirements </li><li>Oversee integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, timekeeping, etc.) </li><li>Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders and act as the central point of coordination </li><li>Get “in the weeds” with technical details, especially APIs and system integrations </li><li>Own testing and QA processes to ensure a high-quality product</li><li>Provide leadership and direction—acting as a key decision-maker and guiding junior team members when needed</li></ul><p><strong><em><u>Key Focus Areas</u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Building a system that supports wage management, scheduling, and identifying appropriate family caregivers for disability services </li><li>Designing scalable workflows and processes from the ground up</li><li>Managing a multi-party environment with internal and external contributors</li></ul><p><strong><em><u>Requirements</u></em></strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in software or platform development </li><li>Experience leading custom or greenfield system builds </li><li>Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical workflows </li><li>Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors </li><li>Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically (“in the weeds”) </li><li>Experience with QA/testing processes and release management </li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority </li><li>Self-starter mindset—able to take ownership and run with minimal oversight </li></ul><p><br></p>
