<p>Our client in Irvine is seeking a results-driven <strong>Project Manager</strong> to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project delivery from planning through execution. This individual will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication while driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate across departments, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports</li><li>Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met</li><li>Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies</li><li>Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership and key stakeholders</li><li>Monitor project scope and manage changes to ensure successful outcomes</li><li>Ensure quality standards, documentation, and project best practices are followed</li><li>Track progress against milestones and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on schedule</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of project management experience</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment</li><li>Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership</li><li>Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field preferred</li><li>PMP or other project management certification is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
