We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team on a contract basis in Long Beach, California. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in coordinating logistics. As a Dispatcher, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Schedule and dispatch personnel, equipment, and vehicles to appropriate locations based on customer and company needs.<br>• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.<br>• Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems to maintain accurate records and track assignments.<br>• Coordinate logistics to optimize operations and ensure timely delivery of services.<br>• Monitor field activities and provide real-time updates to relevant stakeholders.<br>• Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure seamless workflow.<br>• Handle customer service requests and provide solutions in a courteous and efficient manner.<br>• Maintain detailed documentation of all dispatch activities for reporting and analysis purposes.<br>• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and address challenges.<br>• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of service.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in using computer-aided dispatch systems and other relevant software.<br>• Strong customer service skills with experience in call center environments.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to coordinate logistics effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Familiarity with industry-specific protocols and procedures.<br>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
