Status Liaison
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Status Liaison to join our team in Lombard, Illinois. In this position, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication with Sheriff’s Offices and ensuring the accuracy of case information. If you excel at data entry, organization, and maintaining confidentiality, this opportunity is perfect for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Act as the primary point of contact with Sheriff’s Offices, managing case updates and status inquiries.<br>• Perform high-volume, precise data entry into internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, sort, and format case records to maintain accurate documentation.<br>• Process and review legal documents, including status reports and warrants, with attention to detail.<br>• Maintain and update case management databases to ensure records are current and accurate.<br>• Coordinate efficiently with internal teams to relay important updates from Sheriff’s Offices.<br>• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from law enforcement personnel.<br>• Monitor pending cases and documents to ensure all deadlines and requirements are met.<br>• Create and submit concise status and progress reports as needed.<br>• Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive legal information and records.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.<br>• Experience in law enforcement, legal offices, or government agencies is advantageous.<br>• Demonstrated proficiency in fast and accurate typing and data entry.<br>• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for basic data entry, sorting, and formatting tasks.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information.<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills.<br>• Familiarity with reception duties, document scanning, and answering inbound calls is a plus.
