						We are looking for an experienced and motivated Property Administrator to manage residential properties in Livingston, California. In this contract role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain compliance with housing regulations and company policies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving community while enhancing property performance.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee daily property operations, including lease management, rent collection, and coordinating vendor services for efficient functionality.<br>• Supervise on-site staff, providing training, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment.<br>• Implement marketing strategies to ensure occupancy goals, manage property tours, and oversee leasing documentation processes.<br>• Monitor property budgets, approve expenditures, and prepare financial reports, including income projections and expense tracking.<br>• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations, as well as fair housing laws.<br>• Plan and execute tenant engagement activities to build a strong sense of community within the property.<br>• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs, inspections, and cleanliness, prioritizing tenant satisfaction.<br>• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on occupancy rates, financial performance, and tenant feedback.<br>• Address tenant concerns and resolve operational challenges efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
					
					
						<p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential property management or a related field.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and budgeting.</p><p>• Proficiency in property management software, CRM platforms, and accounting systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and ADP.</p><p>• Familiarity with local housing regulations and fair housing laws.</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.</p><p>• Strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively interact with tenants, staff, and external vendors.</p><p>• Financial acumen to oversee budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.</p><p>• Problem-solving skills to effectively address tenant and operational challenges.</p><p><br></p><p>Please contact Robert Half at 209.554.0521 for immediate consideration.</p>
