We are looking for an experienced Director of Applications to lead and oversee enterprise application strategies and development initiatives in Live Oak, Texas. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of optimizing application architecture, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills to ensure the success of application-related projects.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Direct the development and implementation of enterprise applications and business systems strategies.<br>• Lead and manage cross-functional teams focused on systems integration, product lifecycle, and application architecture.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to align application development with organizational goals and user needs.<br>• Oversee agile methodologies and product delivery processes to enhance efficiency and performance.<br>• Manage application budgets, evaluate vendor costs, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.<br>• Drive improvements in application platforms, including HRIS, ERP systems, and timekeeping tools.<br>• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.<br>• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards.<br>• Monitor application performance and implement solutions to optimize user experience.<br>• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering growth and development.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or application development.<br>• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing systems or strategy teams.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.<br>• Proficiency in agile software development methodologies and product ownership.<br>• Strong knowledge of application architecture, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and HRIS platforms.<br>• Expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and enterprise-level systems.<br>• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to manage budgets, evaluate vendor costs, and align expenditures with strategic objectives.
