Responsibilities:• Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all financial reports.• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and classified.• Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate financial reporting.• Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data and resolve discrepancies.• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between financial records and bank statements.• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in accounting roles with a focus on month-end close and general ledger management. • Strong knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliation processes. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools. • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines. • Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments. • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
