Receptionist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This is a contract position, offering a great opportunity to contribute in a dynamic and supportive environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.<br>• Manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are directed promptly to the appropriate departments.<br>• Handle daily email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency to maintain organized records.<br>• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff and management.<br>• Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create documents, manage schedules, and communicate effectively.<br>• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.<br>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Strong ability to manage a multi-line phone system.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Familiarity with email correspondence and scheduling tools.<br>• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
