Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you'll handle a high volume of customer interactions, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing concerns and resolving issues.</p><p>• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with efficiency and accuracy.</p><p>• Maintain detailed customer records and document interactions within the system.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.</p><p>• Provide bilingual support, communicating effectively in both English and another required language.</p><p>• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.</p><p>• Uphold company standards for customer service and ensure compliance with policies.</p><p>• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements.</p><p>• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and gather feedback.</p><p>• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy</p>
<p>• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call environment.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.</p><p>• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools.</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.</p><p>• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.</p><p>• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.</p>
