<p>We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Maine. In this long-term contract position, you will play an essential role in assisting members with their financial needs while ensuring a positive and detail-oriented banking experience. If you excel in communication, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service, this opportunity might be perfect for you.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide outstanding service to members by addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues effectively.</p><p>• Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, with accuracy and attention to detail.</p><p>• Assist members with debit fraud concerns, ensuring swift and secure resolutions.</p><p>• Participate in a rotating Saturday morning schedule to provide consistent availability to members.</p><p>• Educate members on banking products, services, and policies to enhance their financial knowledge.</p><p>• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support a welcoming branch environment.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold service standards.</p><p>• Adapt to evolving processes and leadership changes, contributing to the branch's growth and improvement.</p><p>• Uphold confidentiality and security standards to protect member information.</p>
<p>• Proven expertise in cash handling and banking transactions in a retail or branch setting.</p><p>• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse members.</p><p>• Availability to work every other Saturday morning as part of a rotating schedule.</p><p>• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.</p><p>• High level of dependability and organizational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently.</p><p>• Adaptability to changes within the organization and commitment to continuous improvement.</p><p>• Knowledge of banking operations and fraud prevention measures is a plus.</p>
