Test Center Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Test Center Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Lexington, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our test center by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with the potential for future advancement. Please note that this is a contract position with an expected duration of 2-3 months, working approximately 30-40 hours per week.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors and test-takers, ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment.<br>• Manage inbound phone calls, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries efficiently.<br>• Perform document scanning and maintain organized digital records.<br>• Conduct various clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.<br>• Ensure the test center adheres to all operational guidelines and standards.<br>• Coordinate weekly schedules, which may vary, and communicate them effectively to team members.<br>• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the test center.<br>• Provide support to the day-to-day supervisor by completing assigned tasks promptly.<br>• Assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues and escalating them when necessary.<br>• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Previous experience in clerical or receptionist roles is preferred.<br>• Proficiency in handling document scanning and maintaining organized records.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle inquiries effectively.<br>• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.<br>• Flexibility to work a schedule that may vary weekly, including potential Saturday shifts.<br>• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and professionalism.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
