<p><strong>About the Position</strong></p><p> We are hiring Senior Staff Accountants into our FTEP program to lead client projects and support advanced accounting functions. You’ll take on responsibilities such as preparing financial statements, supporting audits, and implementing process improvements. Each assignment provides new challenges and professional growth opportunities.</p><p>Assignments may include:</p><ul><li>Managing month-end and year-end close processes</li><li>Preparing financial statements and reports for leadership</li><li>Performing reconciliations of complex accounts</li><li>Supporting internal and external audits</li><li>Developing process improvements to increase efficiency</li></ul><p><strong>About Robert Half FTEP</strong></p><p> Our FTEPs are full-time Robert Half employees with access to benefits, career coaching, and steady compensation. <p><strong>Skills & Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required</li><li>4+ years of accounting experience</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, modeling)</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Experience in public accounting or multi-entity environments a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
