This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, helping clients achieve justice while advancing your legal career.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and other related claims.</p><p>• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from client intake and case evaluation to settlement negotiations and trial preparation.</p><p>• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality documents such as pleadings, motions, demand letters, and trial briefs.</p><p>• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies to secure favorable outcomes for clients.</p><p>• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, including examinations, cross-examinations, and delivering compelling arguments.</p><p>• Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients, keeping them informed and addressing their concerns throughout the legal process.</p><p>• Collaborate effectively with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to ensure thorough case preparation and strategy development.</p><p><br></p>

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.<br>• Active membership in good standing with the Kentucky State Bar.<br>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation; candidates with 3+ years are preferred.<br>• Proven ability to negotiate and litigate successfully, with a strong record of favorable outcomes.<br>• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations and teamwork.<br>• Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and writing.<br>• Capability to manage multiple cases and tasks independently while adhering to deadlines.<br>• Commitment to advocating for clients with empathy and professionalism.
