We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Lenexa, Kansas. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for technical and facilities positions, while ensuring a seamless hiring experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with leadership to meet staffing needs, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with leadership to identify and understand staffing requirements across union and non-union sites.<br>• Source candidates with relevant experience using diverse methods, including job boards, trade schools, referrals, and community outreach.<br>• Evaluate resumes and conduct applicant screenings to determine technical proficiency and cultural alignment.<br>• Communicate with candidates professionally and promptly to maintain a positive recruitment experience.<br>• Ensure accurate documentation of applicant information within company recruiting systems.<br>• Coordinate onboarding activities such as background checks, job descriptions, and scheduling start dates.<br>• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with goals.

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR (preferred but not mandatory for contract positions).<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.<br>• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruiting software is advantageous.<br>• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
