Talent Acquisition Partner
<p>We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 6-month contract basis in Las Vegas. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in recruiting top talent during a time of rapid expansion. You will lead recruitment efforts across various operational and administrative roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process and compliance with industry standards.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume operational roles, including drivers, fleet agents, safety specialists, and fleet leads.</li><li>Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews with candidates.</li><li>Perform background checks and drug screenings for all safety-critical positions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding processes for multiple hires, including safety agents, fleet support staff, tele-drivers, and remote truck drivers.</li><li>Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate scheduling of onsite meetings and interviews with leadership.</li><li>Track and report recruitment metrics to stakeholders, offering insights and suggestions for process optimization.</li><li>Utilize applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse, to manage candidate pipelines and workflows.</li><li>Contribute to the development of long-term talent strategies, evaluating opportunities for contract extension based on organizational needs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.</li><li>Proven expertise in recruiting for operational, administrative, or high-volume roles; experience in transport or logistics is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, with Greenhouse being strongly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of safety compliance and background screening practices for transport-related positions.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in stakeholder management.</li><li>Familiarity with conducting remote interviews and onboarding processes using virtual tools.</li><li>Adaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in dynamic and evolving environments.</li></ul>
