We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Gallery Coordinator to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a long-term contract position in the hospitality industry, ideal for someone passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to both internal teams and external guests, ensuring smooth operations in various aspects of our sales and guest services.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records for daily and training sessions.<br>• Organize and update sales rotations to ensure smooth workflow.<br>• Welcome guests attending sales presentations and match them with appropriate team members.<br>• Distribute premiums to guests and reconcile inventory at the end of each day.<br>• Manage reimbursements for transportation expenses, including taxis, rideshares, and parking.<br>• Coordinate with the transportation team to facilitate guest transfers and delivery of materials across locations.<br>• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and ensure refreshment areas are fully stocked and clean.<br>• Provide snacks and beverages to guests, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment.<br>• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance overall guest experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.<br>• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.<br>• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with sales and marketing processes is a plus.
