Policy Service Specialist
<p>We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Policy Service Specialist to join our team on a contract to hire basis in Las Vegas. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to clients and carriers while managing administrative tasks related to annuity and life insurance policies. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide timely updates to clients regarding application statuses and promptly follow up with carriers to ensure smooth processing.</li><li>Review incoming leads, verify application details for accuracy, and handle administrative tasks with precision.</li><li>Adapt to evolving priorities and actively contribute to special projects or initiatives assigned by leadership.</li><li>Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage client information, generate reports, and track progress.</li><li>Address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy, offering effective solutions to resolve issues.</li><li>Maintain exceptional attention to detail while processing information and updating records.</li><li>Uphold the company’s values by consistently demonstrating professionalism and clear communication in all interactions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong written and verbal bilingual communication skills. Must be bilingual English & Spanish.</li><li>Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for administrative and data management tasks.</li><li>Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new processes, and follow instructions effectively.</li><li>A proactive approach to work and a commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay focused under pressure.</li><li>Flexibility to take on special projects and adjust to changing priorities within the role.</li></ul>
