We are looking for a dedicated Policy Service Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to clients and carriers while supporting essential operations in annuity and life insurance. This position is ideal for someone who is meticulous, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide timely updates to clients regarding the status of their applications and ensure prompt follow-ups with carriers.<br>• Review and process incoming leads, verify application details for accuracy, and complete administrative tasks efficiently.<br>• Handle shifting priorities effectively while contributing to special projects or initiatives as assigned.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other software tools to manage client information, generate reports, and track progress.<br>• Address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy, offering effective solutions to any issues.<br>• Ensure records are updated accurately by demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.<br>• Represent the company's values through consistent communication and thoughtful interactions.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.<br>• Ability to quickly learn new tasks and adapt to changing workflows.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.<br>• A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to detail-oriented growth.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.<br>• Flexibility to manage special projects and adjust to evolving priorities as needed.
