HR Generalist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will support various human resources functions, including administrative tasks, compliance processes, and team member communication. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR environment while refining your skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct thorough audits of I-9 forms, including completing new forms, verifying identification documents, and uploading them into the system.<br>• Manage screening and verification results by downloading reports from vendor platforms and maintaining organized records.<br>• Communicate with team members to coordinate Hepatitis B vaccinations, providing guidance on procedures and scheduling visits to designated clinics.<br>• Revise and reformat job descriptions in Microsoft Word to align with updated templates and formats.<br>• Utilize HR Information Systems and tools to maintain accurate employee records and support daily operations.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.<br>• Assist in general administrative tasks, including mail merges and document preparation.<br>• Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English for team communications and HR-related inquiries.
• Previous experience in an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or similar role.<br>• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.<br>• Strong understanding of I-9 compliance and related audits.<br>• Familiarity with labor laws and HR procedures.<br>• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.<br>• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.<br>• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.<br>• Experience with tools such as Paychex and mail merge functionalities.
