HR Coordinator
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role requires someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while addressing a range of HR-related needs. If you have experience working in an HR system and enjoy ensuring smooth operational processes, this is the opportunity for you!</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide assistance to employees in person, via email, or phone for various HR-related updates and requests, including address changes, I-9 updates, employment verifications, work cards, name changes, marital status updates, etc.</li><li>Prepare and issue Verification of Employment letters in a timely manner.</li><li>Perform administrative tasks, such as scanning, labeling, filing, and ensuring records are securely and appropriately stored.</li><li>Verify the identity of vendors and create and print vendor badges as needed.</li><li>Input accurate data into the HR system, maintaining records and ensuring compliance with company requirements.</li><li>Review confidential documents for accuracy to ensure all HR details in records remain consistent and correct.</li></ul><p><br></p>
