HR Assistant
<p>If you have a passion for human resources and you're looking for an engaging, new opportunity, Robert Half has a great opportunity as a bilingual Human Resources Assistant. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will primarily focus on performing a variety of admin and clerical tasks to assist in daily HR duties.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Conduct I9 audits which include completing new forms, copying IDs from team members, and scanning documents into the system.</li><li>Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation for new hires.</li><li>Download background check and drug test results from vendor sites and maintaining these records on our local HR drive.</li><li>Handle mail merges from an active team member list for 401k beneficiary forms and emergency contact information. You will also be required to provide team members with a return envelope for them to send these forms back to HR. Once received, scan, and update the information into the system.</li><li>Reformat job descriptions in MS Word, adapting content to a new format as and when required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Bilingual Spanish/English - MUST HAVE</li><li>HRIS Systems Experience: Paychex preferred, or similar</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant role.</li><li>Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems and MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.</li><li>Basic understanding of labor laws.</li></ul>
