This role is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and requires a leader who can ensure proper financial planning, reporting, and compliance while optimizing cost efficiency and transparency across design and construction initiatives. <p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on construction or capital projects.</p><p>• Proficiency in accounting systems such as SAGE, Oracle, Deltek or Procore.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of fixed assets, capital assets, and interest calculations.</p><p>• Demonstrated experience in month-end close processes within construction or design-related industries.</p><p>• Expertise in construction cost tracking and accounting practices.</p><p>• Ability to ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.</p><p>• Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.</p><p>• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.</p>
