<p>We are looking for a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with at least two years of experience to join our law firm client's team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, focusing on plaintiff personal injury cases. Ideal candidates will have a passion for litigation and the ability to grow and develop their skills under guidance. This is a mainly in-office role. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Represent clients in personal injury cases through all stages of litigation, including pleadings, motions, and trials.</p><p>• Prepare and draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and discovery requests.</p><p>• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.</p><p>• Manage discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and document reviews.</p><p>• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure successful outcomes.</p><p>• Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to achieve favorable resolutions for clients.</p><p>• Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress.</p><p>• Attend court hearings and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in handling cases.</p><p>• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the firm.</p>

<p>• Active license to practice law in the state of Nevada.</p><p>• Minimum of two years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in personal injury or insurance defense cases.</p><p>• Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.</p><p>• Proficiency in conducting discovery processes and managing case files.</p><p>• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.</p><p>• Effective negotiation and communication skills.</p><p>• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.</p><p>• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.</p>
